Providing station keeping, constellation management and deorbiting to the small satellite market, MAPS is a highly configurable, compact satellite propulsion system, complete with high-performance capabilities. MAPS has been demonstrated and proven on a 3u cubesat and is also compatible  for many satellites, such as a 6u cubesat and larger. Our MAPS cubesat thrusters are customized for cubesat propulsion systems configurations at least 3u cubesat or larger. Interested in our Powered Modular Architecture Propulsion System (P-MAPS™)? Propellant Concept of Operations


The MAPS system is a clean burning solid propellant-based array of rocket motors and thrusters. Our small satellite propulsion systems require no large propellant tank or associated hardware nor a high electric current draw. Configurations for any cubesat propulsion module are available. Configurable for 3u cubesats, 6u cubesats and larger satellites.

    System is operational anytime in 300 Milliseconds

    Distributed impulse bits (delta-V increments) reduces angular rate build up over fixed nozzle systems and improves delta-V predictability

    Duty cycle independent: from pulse mode to steady state, delivered mission Isp is constant

    Ready to fire immediately at satellite deployment or 10+ years later for deorbit/decommissioning
